I recently participated in a charity show to celebrate Keep-A-Breast and Lifetime Collective teaming up to raise money for breast cancer awareness. They had twelve or so artists paint casts, which were exhibited at the show and will be part of Lifetime Collective clothing displays all over the place. Here's my piece, but I encourage you to check out some of the other casts as there were some killer ones on display! Also, for more info check out:
Here's a small detail of a painting I recently finished, I will hopefully have a decent picture of it to post in the next few days! It's 40' x 40' which is making it difficult to get a decent transfer to digital...
It's been a while since I've posted, and I've been quite busy. I'm currently taking a break from FanExpo 2008 (due to a debilitating migraine headache) , where I've been working furiously doing sketches and selling prints to the con-going masses. Here's some of the work I've been doing since last post: The Sheridan Student Handbook 08/09 cover, as well as a promotional poster I made up for a comic I'm working on, which I've started a separate blog to track it's progress here.
I was just watching a music video I worked on a few summers ago with some friends for Matthew Good and Universal Recordings. We animated the video for the release of his best of/dvd release In A Coma. I was musing to myself how for 3 months pre-production to post-work, it looks pretty damn good. And the fans seem to enjoy it, so great work guys! Stereograf forever. I posted it here for kicks. Enjoy!
This past week Sheridan held it's 2nd annual art jam. The event was just as great as the first one, and there was lots of talent out throwing down...both musically and art-ally. Excellent turn-out! I did this 30x60 canvas (I tried to get as much of it in a picture as I could) while I was there. It's done with spray paint, ink, and acrylic.
Recently finished another pair of shoes I was working on for a friend...some Osiris mids, lots of bronze and gold foil, though it's hard to tell in these pics.
