Thank you!

The opening reception for my first solo exhibition (Fracture) went off last night, and it was a great success! Huuuuuge, sincere thank you to everyone who came out last night for the reception, and everyone who helped make it happen! It was great seeing everybody, and it means a lot to me that you all stopped by (and from so far and wide!). Big thanks to #Hashtag Gallery for putting me up! You guys are all the best.

If you weren't able to make it out for the reception, my work will be up through the 22nd of this month. Check FRACTURE: The Art of Andrew Patterson for more info. And as for flicks from the opening night, I will be going through and posting them ASAP, so stay tuned!

Thanks again,

Mock Band Poster #1: Norma Jean

I've been working on a series of fake band gig posters recently for fun, just to try out new things and play around with various layouts and ideas. I'll be trying to post them regularly over the next little while. Here's #1: Inspired by the song Vertebraille from Norma Jean's O' God the Aftermath. Let me know what you think!

Some New Life Drawings

Here's a few life drawings I did at #Hashtag Gallery's inaugural life drawing session. I highly recommend checking it out! Great dudes organizing all sorts of great activities and events outside of exhibits. It's been a minute since I busted a life drawing, but I think I was able to grind a bit of the rust off. Practice makes perfect....

Reach For The Sky

I recently had the pleasure of designing an info-graphic for New Home Buyer's Network. It outlines the growth in high and low rise real estate in the last 6 years in Toronto. Have a look, and check them out on facebook here or the web here

Official website redesigned!

Guys. GUYS. I finally completed the redesign of my site. It's no longer flash (thank god), but can be found at the same address as before: www.andrewpatterson.ca

There's some new work up there as well.

You may have noticed the new look to this blog as well. I intend to continue to use this blog as a process gallery, where I will show progress shots of various projects and news of upcoming shows and events. Any comments and/or suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks everyone for your continued support!
