Fan Expo!

Come out this weekend to Fanexpo Toronto! I'll be there along with a couple homies (a lot of homies) selling some of my artwork, as well as doing a live painting over the course of the weekend! Come by and say hi!

Loose Cannon in the Hammer

Skateboard Show at Loose Cannon!

Come out to Loose Cannon Gallery in Hamilton this friday (Aug 13th) to see a killer gallery of custom skateboards of all shapes and sizes! So i'm finally posting some new design work, and there will be a lot of it over the next couple days. The above pieces were done for a City of Kingston Transit green initiative. Bus shelter ads, print ads, bus panel ads, pocket schedules, brochures, as well as the logotype for the initiative itself. More to come!!

Car crash inspirado

So after getting smoked by a car last night while longboarding to meet a friend downtown, I found the time to take a quick photo of this portrait of Thom Yorke of Radiohead I've been tooling around with. I seem to have come away unscathed (luckily I rolled up over his hood into the windshield like in a buddy-cop movie), and will likely have a spurt of creative energy knowing I rolled away as such and should be incredibly grateful. Also, check out the bands the Local Natives and Karen Elson! Fantastic stuff (not to mention beautiful album artwork.)

Here's some desktop pieces i did up for Erika Brouwer's Canvas project. Not only can you get them in many different resolutions there, but there's tons of other desktops from fellow illustrators for you to decorate your desktop with, and updates every week. So go check it out.



I also had the pleasure of seeing Shad perform at the Opera House a few nights ago. Great show, great artist, great new album. Go show him some support, check out his blog.

Doin' Work

Just collecting pics from various places for updates. You can see the finished version of this piece on display in downtown Kingston, ON at the Celebration 20: A Gallery of Fine Art & Design show. Welcome back! New layout for my 100th post! Everything is in more or less the same spot, but now there's a little 10 song playlist on the right so you can check out what I've been listening to! I've been super busy with everything lately but you can expect a ton of new art in the next few days, so please check back soon!

Still working the kinks out, so things may shift around yet. Please, let me know what you think of the new layout!

Long time no see!

So! It's been far too long since I've updated here, but worry not, updates are coming. I'm doing a little revamp of my website and expect a new layout for this blog!

Here's a portrait of Obama I recently finished. Spraypaint and acrylic on canvas. Speaking of spraypaint and acrylic, I have a number of paintings up for sale (not including this one, which was comissioned)!
